1. About Us

Bunce Concrete & Construction (ABN 50 657 191 903) is a Queensland-based concreting company operating under QBCC Licence #15372237. These terms govern your use of our website and engagement of our services.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Bunce Concrete & Construction are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the scope of work discussed during the site consultation and are subject to change if site conditions differ from those assessed.

Pricing does not include work outside the agreed scope. Any additional work requested will be quoted separately and must be agreed to in writing before commencement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual quote or invoice. We accept direct deposit and Stripe payments. A deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked project, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover materials already ordered or delivered.

5. Warranties and Defects

All work is carried out in accordance with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) regulations and Australian Standards. Structural defects are covered under the QBCC Home Warranty Insurance scheme where applicable.

Concrete is a natural product and minor surface cracking, colour variation, and shrinkage are normal characteristics that do not constitute defects. We follow best practices to minimise these occurrences.

6. Site Access and Preparation

The client is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the work area. Any obstructions, underground services, or hazards must be disclosed prior to commencement. Bunce Concrete & Construction is not liable for damage to undisclosed underground services.

7. Weather Delays

Concrete work is weather-dependent. Bunce Concrete & Construction reserves the right to reschedule work due to adverse weather conditions to ensure the quality of the finished product. Weather delays do not constitute a breach of agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bunce Concrete & Construction is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or this website. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted works.
